Terms of use for Singapore Picks: informational content, how lists are compiled, listings, paid plans and acceptable use.
Scope
These terms govern use of Singapore Picks (singaporepicks.net), a free guide to Singapore businesses. Using the site means accepting them.
For information
Lists help you compare; they are not professional advice and promise nothing about quality, price or suitability. Agreements are made with the business directly.
How lists are compiled
Public data on each business (rating, review count, category, area, opening hours, phone, photos) plus our editorial judgement. Third-party ratings can change.
Accuracy
Lists are reviewed regularly; details may change in between. Check with the business first.
Listings and paid plans
Owners claim listings at no cost under ‘For businesses’. Pro and Top are paid, optional and billed through Stripe; price and renewal appear before payment. Top places carry a label. Inaccurate owner edits may be reversed.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, bulk copying, attempts on restricted areas, impersonation or false information.
Intellectual property
Content, rankings, design and the Singapore Picks name: ours, or used with permission. Quoting a line with a link: fine. Substantial copying: ask first.
Liability
Accuracy is the aim, not a guarantee, and listed businesses alone answer for what they sell. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. Terms may be updated; the version on this page applies. Questions: info@singaporepicks.net.
